I just got a really nice thank you note from a co-worker I helped with a flat tire last night. :)
Customer reason why it took her 12m45s to change windows password: "I live in a very small apartment with 4 cats and have no room for a PC."

I had an IRATE lady call me upset that her external laptop mouse had stopped working and she was unable to work. What about the trackpad????

I just saw a fire truck stop to shut their garage door before continuing to the emergency.
