In all the years I&#8217;ve lived near DC I never remember going before.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/peroty.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/20181222_233002-ANIMATION-2.gif?resize=629%2C472&#038;ssl=1\" class=\"wp-image-5314 failed alignnone size-full\" width=\"629\" height=\"472\"\/><\/p>\n<p>It was fun to walk through a familiar place at night. I enjoy the zoo because I see something new every time I go.<\/p>\n<p>The animal houses were closed tonight. And even if they weren&#8217;t, the animals are sleeping.<\/p>\n<p>Though I was hoping to see the kiwi bird they claim to have there. Specifically the bear cubs and the anteater.
