When you receive an email, the default has always been to reply to the sender only.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve made a short screen cast showing how to change this behavior.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/peroty.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/Office-365-Reply-All-fix.gif?w=629\" alt=\"Set Office 365 to reply by default\" \/><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click the Gear icon in the upper right corner.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Options<\/strong> (Do not click Office 365 Settings.)<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Reply settings<\/strong> in the menu on the left. It&#8217;s the second-to-last option under Mail.<\/li>\n<li>Click the option next to <strong>Reply.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Save<\/strong>. If you don&#8217;t click Save, it won&#8217;t take effect.<\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>&lt;&#8211; Options<\/strong> link at the top of the left-side menu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Now you can reply to emails as you always have.
