I win a Help Desk. There are no challengers.
I just found out I had the second highest FCR (First Call Resolution) of anyone here. 1% behind my boss. I fix 60% of every call I take.
The help desk job is kinda nice because I can see what I've done today in writing. Resolved 18 of my 31 calls.
Help Desk email: "User is having problems with his blue tooth" Sounds like a dental emergency to me! ;-)
OH: That's why we use third party software to manage trees.
No wonder there is so much drama in people's lives. That's all that is on TV anymore. Needless, superficial, stupid drama.
Weekend over. I wasted it all. Again. But I had fun helping friends setup their new Ikea furniture and being generally sociable.

I literally jumped off the couch earlier while playing Bioshock when I first encountered the houdini splicers. Hello There....
Video chatting with Annie is nice when we're both getting ready for bed. It's nice to see and hear her when she's not here in my arms.
Listening to the 3by9 podcast. I really enjoy listening to podcasts in the evening to unwind and chill out.

I am delighted at the MASSIVE club sandwich I had for lunch. Complete with surprise pickle, the best kind.
Day 1 "on the phones" we'll see how this goes. I still feel like I know very little and have been thrown to the "sharks"
I have no patience to wait for someone to hunt and peck their way through Windows menus. Tell me what you want, I'll find it.

@nilsgeylen I know what you mean. The MacBook's screen just doesn't compare to dual 17" LCDs. It's a beautiful sight.
I had forgotten how nice it is to have dual monitors. I've never had that pleasure at work before.
